1st Violins – Co-Leader (No.2) & Associate Leader (No.3)

Career stage: Senior

The Orchestra of Opera North holds a unique place amongst British orchestras. Universally praised by audiences and critics alike, the orchestra is the only ensemble in the country to have a year-round dual role in the opera house and concert hall.
With headquarters in Leeds and deep roots across the community, we devise work to tour throughout the North of England, as well as nationally and internationally, and invest in dedicated educational partnerships throughout each season.
Acclaimed for its imaginative, eclectic programming and innovative mainstage productions, Opera North also programmes its own venue, the Howard Assembly Room with an enormous diversity of activity.

Committed to producing high-quality work that informs, excites, and entertains, The Orchestra of Opera North is seeking to appoint two experienced, dynamic, well-motivated and collaborative musicians to fill the positions of Co-leader (1st violin No.2) and Associate Leader (1st violin No.3).
