Orchestras Live is seeking to appoint a Funding Development Co-ordinator (part-time, 18.75 hours/week) to join our creative, entrepreneurial team and support the Funding Development Manager in the delivery of our fundraising strategy, with a view to diversifying income sources. This is a new role that augments Orchestras Live’s trust fundraising function and will underpin our ambitions to further diversify our income sources.

You’ll have at least 12 months’ charity fundraising experience and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, research and administrative skills to enable you to tailor approaches for a range of potential funders and support the smooth running of the Development function.

Main Duties

Under the direction of the Funding Development Manager:

  • Assist in the implementation of Orchestras Live’s Funding Development Strategy to enable the organisation to effectively meet its fundraising goals.
  • Help to communicate the charity’s funding needs and impact in a clear and compelling way to a variety of funders and stakeholders.
  • Support the administrative processes that underpin the effective running of the Funding Development function.
