Relationship Manager, Music inc Education Hubs

Career stage: Mid-Level

Do you believe in the power of culture to transform lives? Arts Council England is looking for a Relationship Manager, Music including Music Education Hubs, to join its busy London area team.  We are particularly keen to hear from people with knowledge and experience in contemporary Black music genres and / or specialist knowledge and experience of one or more of London’s ethnically diverse grass roots musical communities.

You will be responsible for investing in and developing a portfolio of Music and Music Education related organisations and individuals, as well as sharing your expertise across the whole range of artforms and disciplines supported by the Arts Council.

You will have a commitment to diversity and inclusion.   You will be able to support others to make positive change, and be comfortable communicating with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.

The role will involve advice giving, writing clear and concise reports, assessing projects, monitoring client performance, and undertaking financial and data analysis. Further training in all necessary skills will be given as part of your induction and on an ongoing basis.

If this sounds like you, we would really like to hear from you.

Currently, D/deaf and Disabled People, those from Black and Ethnically Diverse backgrounds, and people under 30 are under-represented in ACE’s workforce, so we particularly encourage applications from people in these groups.  Arts Council is committed to ensuring that all Disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the post will be guaranteed an interview.
