Purpose of the role
The Communications Manager will lead and deliver the company’s external communication strategy,
managing corporate website and social media channel activity in line with a rolling communications plan,
overseeing media relations and developing the corporate brand. This role will manage internal
communications and help develop effective employee engagement tools and reporting.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills
 Previous communications experience within a similar role, and music industry preferred
 Proven success developing and implementing communication plans and strategies
 Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools, online and social media channels
(LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
 Highly developed oral and written communication, as well as excellent presentation skills
 Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative
 Track record of delivering results to tight deadlines in fast paced, commercial environment where
tools are chosen to ensure return on investment and costs are managed sustainably
 Team player with ability to communicate across organisation and with wide range of stakeholders
 Aligned with our company vision, mission and values and able to adapt communications to meet the
needs of a wide range of different stakeholders from a variety of different organisational and cultural
backgrounds
