Development, Marketing & Communications Officer

Career stage: Mid-Level

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for music and social impact? NYJO is seeking a dynamic professional to drive our growth through innovative fundraising and compelling communications.

Who You Are

A confident creative with at least one year’s experience in arts or charity marketing/fundraising. You’re self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment. You understand that great fundraising is about building relationships and telling powerful stories, while effective marketing creates genuine connections with audiences.

What You’ll Do

From crafting grant applications to creating social media content, from managing donor relationships to coordinating events – you’ll be at the heart of everything that makes NYJO visible and sustainable.
