Guildhall Young Artists King’s Cross is London’s exciting new Saturday performing arts centre offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 5-to-18-year old’s. Based at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson school young people will develop their creativity and access high quality training across a variety of styles and genres.

We seek to appoint an energetic and dynamic musician or drama and production arts practitioner and administrator with experience in the education sector to ensure that Guildhall Young Artists King’s Cross provides an excellent creative education.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing young students, from a variety of backgrounds, to reach their full potential.  They will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, can build positive relationships with parents, staff, students, and partners, and will maintain a culture which fosters collaboration, innovation, personal motivation, and a lateral approach to problem solving.

They will manage a varied portfolio of tasks, including Safeguarding and management responsibilities.  They will have a proven track record as a practitioner and educator, a sound artistic judgement and a passion for encouraging artistic excellence in a creative work environment.
