Tours Supervisor

The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Tours Supervisor to join our Tours team.

 

Reporting directly to the Deputy Tours Manager the role is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of public, group and specialist tour experiences, along with coordinating the staffing and operational resources for the department. The continued growth and success of tours at the Royal Albert Hall will be a key aspect of the Tour Supervisor role.

 

The successful candidate will support the Deputy Tours Manager in delivering the department’s service standards and commercial targets; through building excellent working relationships, providing a high standard of service to internal and external partners, and ensuring the effective operation and administration of the department.

 

We are seeking a Tours Supervisor with a warm and welcoming approach to customer service, a resilient and calm approach under pressure, and attention to detail. A love and passion for sharing the Royal Albert Hall’s extraordinary story is key to this role.
