World Premieres
Classically Black featured exclusive world premieres, celebrating the newly commissioned works of Pete Letanka and Jason Yarde offering fresh perspectives in classical music. These new pieces resonated deeply, showcasing the evolution of diverse voices in the genre.

Renowned international solo violinist Harriet Mackenzie captivated the audience with a spellbinding performance of Julian Joseph’s Violin Concerto.
The Emerging Talent Showcase celebrated the next generation of five gifted musicians, bringing fresh energy and promise to classical music’s future.
