In honour of International Women’s Day Dr Charisse Beaumont participated in a ‘Women in the Music Industry’ panel hosted by the Women in Business Network at the Canon UK HQ.
The event commenced with Canon EMEA President & CEO, Yuichi Ishizuka sharing a personal story highlighting the importance of diversity and underlining the organisation’s commitment to inclusivity. Following this panellists shared their journey in music, speaking openly and candidly about the current state of the industry, as well as sharing some valuable insider insights.
Alongside Charisse, the panel featured a stellar lineup of accomplished women including jazz vocalist and performing artist Claire Martin OBE, Nadja von Massow, Founder/Executive Director at nadworks ltd and ECN Music, and Canon Ambassador Wanda Martin.
