Black Lives in Music roll out Mentoring and Apprenticeship Programme –
Our support for individuals includes safe space sessions, an easy way for those from marginalised communities to share experiences by way of mutual support and healing. We develop early relationships with conservatoires and bridge the gap helping musicians become audition ready creating pathways into conservatoires, supporting their wellbeing. We actively provide vocational opportunities in all aspects of live music including technical, management, administrative and performance.
