Björk wins Best Live Performer ahead of AiM independent music awards 2023 and Dr Charisse Beaumont, CEO at Black Lives in Music named Diversity Champion
We´re thrilled to reveal that our very own CEO Charisse Beaumont has been named the AiM Award 2023´s Diversity Champion, in recognition of her groundbreaking work at the forefront of creating an inclusive music industry, such as the rollout of BLiM’s voluntary Music Industry Anti-Racism Code. Congratulations!
We can’t wait to celebrate her win at this year’s awards ceremony which will ‘recognise the achievements of independent labels, artists and entrepreneurs that make up the UK’s diverse and thriving independent music sector’. The awards will be presented at London’s Roundhouse on September 26.
