We are proud to announce a partnership between Music for All and Black Lives in Music. Through this partnership, we are joining forces to further increase our reach throughout the UK. We are developing a number of projects, including a new awards category targeting diverse community based groups from the global majority.
Music for All General Manager, Sonali Banerjee, writes: ‘Throughout the UK, numerous communities of musicians simply cannot realise their music-making ambitions due to lack of resources. Through this partnership, we aim to maximise opportunity and create a level playing field for communities from the global majority, enabling an increasing number of music-makers to receive the support they need.
